Location:Bay Village Farm is located approximately 1/2 mile east of Bay Village, Arkansas via highway 163. Bay Village is 10 miles South of Harrisburg, Arkansas and about 45 miles northwest of Memphis, Tennessee.

Bases-Payments:Bay Village has 164.3 acres of rice base, 235.4 acres of soybean base, 178.0 acres of wheat base, 14.7 acres of Oats base, 48.2 acres of Cotton base,and 40.6 of grain sorghum base. The 2010 Direct Payment is $21,160 +/-.
Improvements: All of the land is either zero graded of precision leveled.
Soils: The soils are Mantachie Loam 75%, Alligator Clay 12.5%, Iuka Loam 8.5%, Alligator Silt Loam 4%.
Irrigation:There are six irrigation wells on the farm. All drains are equipped with splash board drains.The static water table is about 25 feet and the wells are set at 80 feet. In this area the wells are commonly drilled to a depth of 120 feet.
Hunting:Waterfowl hunting in the area is very good because the farm is located in a natural flyway. Left over grain in the fields is a magnet to the ducks and geese in this intensely agriculture area.
