all year. The timber is mostly white and red oak. Small amounts of timber have
been harvested but only 20 inches or more in diameter, breast high. The
property has an abundance of deer, turkey, and other small game. There are
deposits of sand and gravel on the property and the adjoining property has been
mined for gravel and is being restored.
