LOCATION:

The Bond Farm is located approximately 3 miles north east of Parkin, Arkansas. It lays alongside county road 425 and can be accessed from Earle, Arkansas or Parkin via highway 184. It can also be accessed from the north at Twist, AR at the intersection of county road 425 highway 42.

80+/- acres. A new survey will be required to determine actual acres.

IMPROVEMENTS:

The tract is leveled but will require a new irrigation well. The static water depth in the area is approximately 40 ft and recharges from the Mississippi river.
