TOPOGRAPHY:	The topography of the area is rolling to slightly rolling. The farm is about 70% precision leveled and with a little work the balance can be leveled without much expense.
SOILS:	The soils are about 90% Alligator, with some Earle and Bowdre soils scattered throughout the farm.
IRRIGATION:	The farm has 27 wells and all but 2 are electric wells. The groundwater in this area has a static depth of about 24 feet with a draw down of less than 5 feet in the pumping season (see test well map and documentation).
