Black Swamp Hunting is located approximately 2.5 miles west of Howell, Arkansas. Howell is 10 miles south of Patterson, Arkansas and approximately 50 miles west of Memphis, TN and 70 miles north of LIttle Rock, Arkansas. The property borders the south boundary of Black Swamp WMA.

DESCRIPTION:
The property is all timber. The predominant trees are the White Oak with some Red Oak, Cypress, Hickory and Gum.
HUNTING:
Deer, small game squirrel and coon abound on the property with ducks being abundant in the fall and winter. The Black Swamp is known for its great duck and deer hunting.
IMPROVEMENTS:
The property has two permanent blinds. One will hunt 4 to 6 hunters and the other will hunt 4. The blinds are well concealed and have great openings in the timber for the ducks to fall into. There is a slough to the west that can be hunted if the river is low. When the Cache River is at 8 feet or higher the woods will flood. There are two gravel launch sites, one to the north and the other to the south. All land east of the property is WMA land and has been planted to trees. All weather gravel roads access the property.
