The Mills Farm has 580 deeded acres, 578.21 acres of Farmland, 511.6 acres of Cropland and 99.7 acres of CRP Timberland.

The Mills Farm has 103.5 acres of Wheat Base; 50.30 acres of Oats Base; 97.0 acres of Soybean Base; and 282.6 acres of Rice Base.
IRRIGATION:
There are seven active irrigation wells and a 40 acre reservoir on the property.
SOILS:
The soils are: Calhoun Silt Loam 60%, Calloway Silt Loam 35%, and the remaining 5% are Gore Silt Loam and Immanuel Silt Loam. There are all highly productive soils.
RECREATION:
There are two lakes on the property. One is 40 acres and the other is a small pond. The lake water is used for crop irrigation and hunting. Several deer have been harvested on the timber land and there are reports of turkey on the farm. The duck hunting is good when the rice fields have water in them.
