Location: The farm is located approximately three miles North of Highway 42 via Jackson County Road 15. It is 4 miles Northwest of Hickory Ridge, Arkansas and 20 miles South of Jonesboro, Arkansas. Access is an all weather gravel road.

Acreage: The farm consists of 80 +/- acres deeded land and according to FSA figures there are 78.2 acres of cropland. There are no CRP or WRP acres on the farm.

Bases: There is a rice base of 35.2 acres and a soybean base of 41.4 acres. The Direct rice yield is 4143 pounds (92 bushels) and a Counter Cyclical yield of 4367 pounds per acre (97 bushels). The direct yield on soybeans is 19 bushels per acre and the Counter Cyclical yield is 23 bushels per acre. The estimated rice payment is $2,913 and the estimated soybean payment is $294.

Improvements: There is one three stage, ten inch, water lube well that is five years old. It has a 40 horse power gear head on the well.

Soils: The soils are Crowley silt loam about 90 percent and Foley silt loam about 10 percent.

Other: The owners have no mineral rights on the farm. The owners will rent the farm back and pay $80 per cropland acre. Owner will prorate rent with buyer if sold before September 1st. There is a $3500 per year hunting lease that will go with the property.
